Presenter: Xiaohua Wu

Date: Jun 1, 2026

Abstract: 5580

SIM0505 is a globally first-in-class CDH6-targeted ADC candidate independently developed by Simcere Zaiming. The drug is currently being evaluated in parallel global multicenter Phase I clinical trials in both China and the United States. The poster presented at this year’s ASCO meeting provides preliminary evidence of the therapeutic potential of SIM0505 in patients with advanced solid tumors.
